Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We hope everyone’s enjoying the first few days of summer. For us, the weather heating up means one thing - the EGG’s gonna be busy! Whether you’re making stuffed burgers for a backyard grill out, some brats before a baseball game or searing a steak for dinner on the patio, we hope you’re doing it with full flavor and having fun all the while!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

I'd gladly pay you Tuesday...

...for a hamburger today.

You can't always eat healthy.

Looks great Doc.  Were the curly fries done on the Egg as well?

Fries done in deep oil!  If you're going to clog those veins, you might as well go all the way

My namesake "doc" was a PhD, not an MD.  While my fees would be low, my mortality rate would not.

  • What's not healthy?  I see protein and energy in the meat. Anitoxidants in the onions. It’s all good.

If I am not doing a hi temp cook, I like to put the Mavrick on so I can monitor it while I am cooking in the kitchen.  If you are not familiar with that, it is a Mavrick ET-73, and you need it (at least) for long, low and slow cooks.
