My buddy and his wife are bringing over marinated flank steak for me to prepare on the BGE tonight and i am not sure how to prepare it. I've made them ribeyes using the T-rex method before and they love it. Is there a "agreed upon" way to make the flank steak? Do I sear on orange coals like T-rex and let it rest and finish at 400 degrees with smoke? Interested to hear your opinions - I want to make sure I do the BGE community proud!!!
