Need help - Flank Steak

My buddy and his wife are bringing over marinated flank steak for me to prepare on the BGE tonight and i am not sure how to prepare it. I've made them ribeyes using the T-rex method before and they love it. Is there a "agreed upon" way to make the flank steak? Do I sear on orange coals like T-rex and let it rest and finish at 400 degrees with smoke? Interested to hear your opinions - I want to make sure I do the BGE community proud!!!

Flank marinaded in lime, olive oil, cilantro, jalapeno and tequila.

I like it! Do have a rule of thumb for time per side? I know I will ultimately cook to temp on inside

It wasn't long, maybe 40 seconds turn, 30 seconds flip and repeat. Use long tongs @-)

I do a lot of flanks. I go about 550-600 direct and flip them every 1.5 or 2 minutes. Usually takes about 7-8 minutes or so to reach 125 internal.Packerland, Wisconsin
