Start by sautéing a couple onions and a thinly sliced apple in a little canola oil in a Dutch oven
In goes the sauerkraut with a beer to simmer for a few minutes-
3lb pork loin roast along with some potatoes joins the party-
Smoked (apple chunks) with the lid off....after an hour and a half and some carrots added to the pot then lid on to finish-
All done after another two hours of braising with the Egg at 300*
Perfect fall meal!
