Simmered the ham hocks I smoked for 3 hours......removed from broth and pulled all meat from the bones, added mixed greens, hock meat and seasonings to broth.....now will simmer for 1 1/2 hour.......served with red beans and rice (also used ham hocks in this) and corn bread http://i711.photobucket.com/albums/ww116/JohnPatterson/1793bd80ff36d622dfc163212edf3291.jpg
