We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

Pace yourself on the eating. There will be no shortage of food. If they have classes you're interested in attend them as it'll help to cut down on stuffing your face plus you could learn something. Don't be shy about asking cooks questions as most cooks love to talk about the Egg and their cooking. Have fun!

    Look for the beer booth.

Not to get technical, but according to chemistry alcohol is a solution...

    ems,

There will be lots of free (assuming you have tickets) food & drink. There will be BGE products to buy and other vendors products as well. Do not eat before you arrive as there will be tons of food. There are other activities such as pace car rides (last year it was $10 for a ride)

Talk to the cooks and enjoy the day....stop by and say hello...

Follow Mickey's advice before you follow Bud's!

  • Really pumped about our first egg fest. Seems like I need to bring chairs, a rolling cooler, and an empty belly. Anything else?

@Vidalia - where can I find info on the classes offered? Are they randomly held or on a schedule?
    ·
  • Chairs I would think keep moving but a cooler... Hum.  Are they allowed?  I also ask what about a schedule of classes and goings on?
