Been egging since May and the wife and I are thrilled what good food we can prepare. Learned tons of stuff here and it seems limitless. I got the BGE Cookbook as a birthday gift and tried my first recipe from the book today.
I went with the Spicy Spanish Frittata with Chorizo. Great stuff even though I couldn't find Spanish chorizo. No pic in the book but I got a couple.
Big thanks to all who share so much here in this forum!
