I'm half way through a bottle of Melinda's Naga Jolokia I don't really like Tabasco. I prefer Louisiana hot sauce in the vinegar hot sauce category. But my favorite are the habernaro sauces, such as the regular Melinda's.

Arizona Gunslinger is my go to. Very little fermentation and it's thicker than most. Big ol' opening in the bottle too.

Crystal as well.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

I prefer the Louisiana hot sauces myself. Restaurants, here, always have Tabasco. I don't care much for it. I like Crystal, but sometimes buy Franks.
