Redskins and 1st Turbo Ribs!!!

Wasn't planning on turbo ribbing but my day got away from me. Hoping for some good results. 325 dome (need ribs done in 3 hours) with 2 racks of Costco baby backs.

Watching a little Redskin football. Hope everyone I having a blessed Sunday.

    Looks like a party.  I have an old 37" tv I was planning on building a weather proof plexiglass box and just leaving it out there. 

    I'm gonna guess you have lots of pine trees :)

    Ha. We do. About 75% complete with my outdoor area. 55" has a waterproof cabinet I just finished. Haven't ha time to hang it yet. Obviously when I am done I will have all the electrical and cabling hidden.

    Sweet.  I'd love to see pics of the cabinet.  I have some 4 x 8 sheets of 1/2" plexiglass, but I'm still wondering if I need to put a fan in the cabinet. and what's gonna happen with moisture.

    Yeah, I've turbo ribbed before.  If I don't have the time, I'll cook 'em fast and hot.  They seem to have a little bit of bacon taste to them, at least the one's I've done.

    I will definitely send you some pics of the cabinet. I'm not really worried about moisture… My father-in-law in Atlanta has a TV outside like this and has had zero issues with it.
