Pork spare ribs w/ Oakridge's "Secret weapon" rub,definetly going to be my go to rub from now on.Cooked per Dr.BBQ's recommendation,not the most extravagant but I am subscribing to the k.i.s.s. concept here.Bump for my first post btw! Dog approved!
