Pork Tenderloin on the Mini

Nothing fancy, a tenderloin marinated in a Teriyaki sauce. Tied the tail back so both halves would be equal in size. Grilled direct at 450° and added some hickory chips for smoke. These took approx 10 minutes per side to reach 150° internal. Served with broccoli/cheese sauce and left over carrots. The Mini is a mean lil machine ;)[p]ptenloinmini.jpg
