No big exposition.  Done with my high dome set up at 400 stone temp.  Publix dough.  Rolled out and very thin and crispy.  A nice pie, with good cheese and caramelized pepperoni.  A little more loaded than we usually do, but turned out well.

    5 minutes and turned, another 5 and turned and the parchment taken off, and other 5 and served.

    Hey, share with us so we know what not to do.  I can't tell you how many fails I've had.  Hang in there, it was a "learning experience".

    What a beautiful set of pictures to wake up to this morning.
    My last pizza was black on both sides.  I am trying to get up the energy to try again.  Funny, my other cooks are going great.
