I caught hell today for not posting pics of my turtle eggs....so here's tonights pics. Chicken thighs stuffed with feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes and basil wrapped in bacon. Jalapenos with cream cheese/Colby mix + shrimp wrapped in bacon.....shrimp wrapped in bacon.
Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

Looks awesome! What method did you use and for how long? I've been wanting to try stuffed chicken in the near future.Large & Small BGE, CGW Two-Tier Swing Rack for BOTH EGGS, Spider for the Wok, eggCARTen & and Cedar Pergola my Eggs call home in Edmond, OK.

About 350 indirect with hickory chips....didn't really time it, maybe close to a hour when the bacon was done. The small h'dors came off earlier.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

These "suggestive titles" are getting a little out of hand. We have some very nice ladies on the forum, and I'd hate to see them leave, and this become a boys club.No biggie, but we are easing more and more towards the edge.
