Upon returning home from my daughters soccer tournament, it was Egg time!
A couple slabs of baby backs, my XL Egg, and sunny mid 70 weather.
Perfect day!

Really nice! How long do you have them on and at what temp? Ribs are something I've never really gotten a grasp on....Large BGE and Medium BGE
36" Blackstone - Greensboro! -
I put these on around 12-12:30, and held the temp between 235 and 250 for about 5 hours.

Thanks! I was relaxing and just doing odds and ends around the house/yard and enjoying being outdoors. The smell of these ribs smoking permeated the entire neighborhood.
Eggs were made for days like this.
