Well this has been a fun week to check the mail! I picked up the newest member of our Egg family last Friday when a new local dealer responded to my email and gave me a "Fair" deal during our State Fair!
So I ordered the Ceramic Grill Stores Small Woo / Pizza Stone Combo after reading all the great advice the small eggheads on the forum had. The store is in Texas and it only took one day to get to my house!!
Then yesterday the doorbell rang and UPS-clause had another large box.
Ceramic Grill Works two-tier Swing Rack for the Large BGE and a Dizzy Pig Sampler pack with Dizzy Dust and Fajitaish.
Tonight I'm going over to a dinner party but they wanted me to make the Grilled Garlic and Orange Guacamole I made this weekend so I fired up the SBGE to roast the onions, garlic, and jalapeños.
It has been a great week to be a Egghead!!
I hope everyone is having a good week!

@DocWonmug sorry for the bad picture. It is called a Small Woo, it is from http://www.ceramicgrillstore.com/small-a-mini-woo2.html and gives you a raised grid and uses a 10" pizza stone and a stainless drip pan to create indirect cooking. So you do not need a platesetter and have more options (example you can get a small cast iron grid to sear steaks right above the coals, or set a small carbon steel wok on the crossbars. Plus I love using a raised direct cooking method for spatchcock chicken and it makes flipping burgers a little easier on the small since there is not much room to get a spatula down into the grill at normal level. I hope that helps explain it. Here is a picture from the website. Thanks @CGW1 the two tier is a nice addition!@Budgeezer I guess yesterday was a good day to talk about all the egghead accessories!@Baysidebob thanks it should be really fun coming up with meals to make with all the eggcessories! Glad your getting a super peel! I love mine.Large & Small BGE, CGW Two-Tier Swing Rack for BOTH EGGS, Spider for the Wok, eggCARTen & and Cedar Pergola my Eggs call home in Edmond, OK.

@Griffin I'm learning on the small so it is getting its fair share learning temp control and breaking in the gasket. I wanted it to take camping and be able to go to a "gasser" house and have a pizza party at friends and convert them. But I want to get that swing rack filled up so probably both on the weekends...Large & Small BGE, CGW Two-Tier Swing Rack for BOTH EGGS, Spider for the Wok, eggCARTen & and Cedar Pergola my Eggs call home in Edmond, OK.

The Woo or Adjustable Rig setup are invaluable for the egg. I pretty much use the AR all the time, but do a few things with the platesetter though.

I just bought my small a couple weeks back at a local Fest. Yesterday my small woo arrived in the mail and it was like Christams! Can't wait to take it to a buddy's house this weekend and show it off2 Large Eggs and no chickens. How's that work?
