A good day on the coast...weekend actually. Three Chinook salmon (you guys might call them Kings) and 24 Dungeness crab make for quite a feast. There's nothing, in my opinion, better than fresh crab. Salmon marinated in a light teriyaki/soy marinade, crab boiled for 20 minutes then cooked over mesquite coals while the salmon barbecued.
