had the egg for two weeks, trying ribs again tonight. First batch was my first cook so. they were good but can be better.
tonight - 3 hours at 250, foil and cook for 2 hours (gonna put honey/brown sugar on them then), sauce, and cook for a bit after that. following this recipe http://www.wecookthebooks.com/2011/10/big-green-egg-baby-back-ribs.htm
was gonna try turbo style for the first time but i'm working from home today and don't feel like i need to rush anything ... tho i would like to have a few beers while i cook.
