Hi Everyone!!![p]I have been given 2 roasts fromn a non Egg Believer - They are a Bottom Round Roast and a Sirloin Tip Roast - I have been challenged to make them what he has never been able to do on his barrel type smoker - WONDERFUL BEEF! I could not help but taking up this challenge - KNOWING that my egg friends would help me out. [p]PLEASE - tell me what to do with these two fresh roasts....[p]THANKS!!!![p]Bigfoot

I would definately do pit beef if it were me.....you can see a complete picumentary of some on my website in the "cooks" section...kind of a local thing in the DelMarVa area.....HTH[p]Wess

I did a whole bottom round over the 4th and it was excellent. Indirect about 375 with cowlick and tony's creole rub...... awesome
