Hi Everyone!!![p]I have been given 2 roasts fromn a non Egg Believer - They are a Bottom Round Roast and a Sirloin Tip Roast - I have been challenged to make them what he has never been able to do on his barrel type smoker - WONDERFUL BEEF! I could not help but taking up this challenge - KNOWING that my egg friends would help me out. [p]PLEASE - tell me what to do with these two fresh roasts....[p]THANKS!!!![p]Bigfoot
