5lb brisket cook time?

I have a 5lb cut of brisket. Assuming I keep the egg at about 240, about how long you think the cook will go? My guess was around 6-7 hrs.

    If you are running around the 240*F (calibrated) on the dome you will likely see around 2 hrs/# to get the flat (assumption here) to the finish-line.  Finish-line defined as probe the thickest part of the flat with no resistance, in or out. Enjoy the journey!

    My 5lb brisket took 12 hours to get to the correct internal temp.  It took much longer than I expected, but was delicious!
