There was apple wood in there cause i did chicken at the same time. They are amazing. BBQ pit guys on YouTube has a video on them. It's we're I got the idea. They are amazing. I smoked the bacon before I chopped it up and topped them.

That looked great, but it looked like the bacon was all on one side and the cheese on the other; did you mix them after cooking?

There is only cheese on one side. Buddy that was eating with me doesn't like cheese. Odd I know.
