OT - My Peri Peri Peppers

These are dried Peri Peri peppers from my original plant.  I have a couple volunteer plants going too.  The rate up to 175K Scoville units.

Went through and pulled stems and caps off today, and thought I'd share.

Every pretty little white flower will be a green, then red pepper.

Great for wok'ing.

  • Nice looking peppers, should would add some nice color and heat to the wok.

Almost every time, but I use Dichichkos Extra Hot or Garlic to do them

  • As long as I am going off the reservation; here's some of my home made pickled onions and red cabbage.
