Sorry...no plating picture... The ribs didn't fit! Hope everyone had a great holiday on the Egg!

    They were great...used a simple rub and finished with a raspberry balsamic vinegar and mustard glaze.

  • Looks good, I have yet to do beef ribs.
  • Beef ribs are awesome....the trick is finding ribs with meat on the bone.....these look good

    Is tha a L or XL? What kind of rack? I don't like mine and am looking for another.

    This is a large. I use two nested Weber 3601 rib racks(Amazon) and try to just use every other slot to keep the ribs from touching. This cook was a pretty tight squeeze...I had to get a bit creative!
