Just got a LBGE about two weeks ago and love it. Here are a few of my cooks. I am down in Columbus GA. So any places to get meats, accessories, rubs, etc are appreciated
Thanks everyone. The pizza was directly on the grill. Rolled out the dough. Put EVOO that had salt, cracked pepper, and Italian seasoning mixed in, put directly on grill grate (indirect) for about 4-5 min at 400 degrees. Flipped it over for 4-5 min. After both sides were cooked put all the toppings on, EVOO mixture, feta cheese, provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach and tomatoes. Cooked for 4-5 more minutes and drizzled EVOO on top, cracked pepper and salt. It was very good. Both sides of crust was crunchy while having a nice dough inside. Saw something similiar on bobby flays barbecue addiction show.
Some nice looking cooks. Don't see a lot of "grilled" pizza here, but yours sure does look tasty. That's how I learned how to cook pizzas, way back on something that ran on gas. Somebody around here posted a grilled pizza last week if I'm not mistaken.
