We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. How busy was your BGE this weekend?

mine cooked 
Friday night - wings and stuffed mushrooms
Saturday - pancakes for breakfast, grilled bacon that we used on BLTS for lunch, portabella mushroom "pizzas" for dinner
Sunday - pulled pork for dinner, stuffed apples for desert
Monday- zucchini boats for lunch, maple glazed salmon and roasted veggies, 

Enough left overs for the whole week although may fire it to do stuffed apples to try and keep up with the tree, possibly an apple pie
