We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Game hens.  Indirect and raised in the dome, at 350 for about 50 minutes until 180 internal.  Stuffed with lemon and asparagus tips.  Sprayed with EVOO, then drizzled with lemon on top before being sprinkled with Traeger Sweet Rub.

In the bottom were white potatoes wedges and more asparagus.

Warning, the knife and fork are only suggestions; the only real way to eat these is Henry VIII style.
