They are looking good. I'm also doing some beef ribs and I'm almost 4 hours in. I hope mine start looking like yours soon! Did you rub yours? Are you going to sauce them?

Yes I did put on a rub......I pulled at 4 hours......applied a light coat of Agave.....wrapped them and put back on the Egg for another hour.....they are now in the oven at 170 degrees for holding......In 1 hour I will put in my insulated pizza bag to take to the party.....they will hold in the bag nicely at least another 2 to 3 hours if necessary
