Paella pans- which one do you like

Ok- have seen too many great looking cooks on paella and I guess I am going to have to add a new accessory. Which one do you all have and do you like it? Carbon steel, stainless? Thanks for the suggestions

I received an enameled steel pan as a gift and have no issues. Holds heat well and easy to clean for the next round. I would get the largest that will fit in your BGE at the raised grid level. FWIW-

Anyone know What size will fit on the XL bge? Thanks for the advice.

You need to go to the paella pans link with the max diameter of your BGE around the raised grid level. They have dimensions (diameter and with handles) of many pans.

This 24" is just a little large, but worked great. Probably a 22" or 20" would be perfect for
the EXLRG, but was using someone elses BGE.
