2nd Brisket is on (with pics)

Doing my second brisket this weekend. Got it on the egg about 30 minutes ago. First one turned out great, just sliced it the wrong direction. Going to get this one right!
Started on Wednesday:
Rubbed Down Thursday:
On the egg Friday:
Just gotta get the temp up a bit more; for some reason it isn't at the same temp it usually is with the same vent openings. I even cleaned out the egg before this cook.

3.5 hours in. Dome at 245 but grate at 255???? Brisket at 145, not sure if i got the probe in right or not.
