Frend just ask if using his Mini and Mini Woo and useing a Wok will work for fondue? My suggestion was just to use a very small opening on the bottom and go for it.

Am I wrong on this advice???????

Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Why not, light load of lump simmering hopefully the top being open does not shoot temps up. I can see it working, maybe no mini woo so air supply from top is cut off even more.

I would think even a light load would get too hot. You need just a small, small flame to keep the fondue hot after the initial melt.
