Pulled chicken ?

i've never done pulled chicken before anyone have suggestions . do you use a whole chicken , legs or thighs is it cooked like pork shoulder to 200 ? any and all help would be appreciated

You can use any kind of cooked or grilled chicken. I usually cook whole spatchcocked chickens and pull them. You wont want to cook them to 200 though. Just 165 degrees in the breast and 175 in the leg or thigh.

What ya making with it? I've done a freezer clean before and boiled chicken then shredded it to use for jumbaliya and tacos._______________________________________________XLBGE
