Travel Time

We went to our son's home for the evening celebration. They asked me to cook the quarter pound, hot dogs, brats & Italian sausages. I was uncertain as to how I could maintain the temp for 2 to 3 hours.[p]When they were done, I wrapped them in film 905 & placed them in a styro foam container. [p]When it came time to eat 3 hours later, I thought they would have to be heated in the micro. But not true, as they were @ the perfect eating temp.[p]Today, I finished reading "1776." We should celebrate the 4th twice a year.[p]

Film 905 is a commercial grade of cling wrap. BBQ contestents use it to hold meats til the "turn in" time.[p]You can buy it @ Sam's Club. It comes in a 3000 feet roll. I use it for all meats I cook. I put the products in a styrofoam container.[p]
