I am almost done my table and get the egg late on Sunday.
My first cook on it will be probably Monday night after work. Looking for suggestions on what will say wow - glad we got the egg over the other grills I have.
Thinking some salmon or steak - still a new gasket though so have to be careful I think.
Will have around an hour to prep and cook

Most people start out with chicken, either spatchcock or pieces (I did thighs first and then spatchcock the next day) Easy and forgiving cook and you won't believe how juicy it comes out.

Do some good steaks, or burgers. Try the avocado salsa recipe for topping for the burgers, it's fantastic. Should be on the main website, I know it's in the BGE cookbook.
