Does any one have a good vinergar base sauce with PEAZZZZ?

    Here's the one I use for my butts and whole hog BBQ. Real simple and it lets you taste the Pork. This sauce is nasty unless you cook it into the meat so after you pull the pork, put it in a foil pan and apply the sauce. Don't use too much or it will be soggy. Return to the low heat for 45 min to an hour and enjoy! This recipe is definatly done by feel and can be adjusted however you want.[p]1 gallon white vinegar
    1 cup crushed red papper
    3/4 cup ground black pepper
    3/4 cup salt
    1 cup Texas Pete[p]Combine all ingredients in a sauce pot and barely bring to a boil. Remove from heat and you are ready to go. You can let it steep for as long as you want to...we usually use it immediatly but it will last for weeks and some say it gets better with time! Just don't let it boil for too long or it will turn the crushed red pepper bitter instead of sweet.
