Have seen a lot of discussions and participated in a few that ended up swinging over to adult beverages and the merits of each while doing the BBQ thang. So what is your favorite libation?
I'll start, Templeton Rye Prohibition Style Whiskey on a cube or two and a splash of club soda. Al Capone's "Good Stuff" made in the town of Templeton, Iowa by relatives of the original bootleggers from the original recipe. Quite a history if you Google "Templeton Rye" Who's next?

Depends on the duration of the supervisory role-short-Van Winkle's 12 year old bourbon-but Woodford's new Double Oak is right there. Now for the long haul-beer as in Sam Adams or Bourbon Barrel Ale. All good and a mix works as well
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -

Tito's, splash of tonic, lime. Lime prevents scurvy, tonic (quinine) helps with malaria, and the Tito's is good for whatever else ails you.__________________________________________It's not a science, it's an art. And it's flawed.- Camp Hill, PA

Wow, 30 years ago I was happy with a bottle that cost $5, now I buy it at $50 dollars a shot. I may have to rethink this.
