Today's Chef inspired Seafood Class given by Chef Darryl Bell Jr from Bouchon of Yountville, CA.  In addition to working for Thomas Keller he owns a large Big Green Egg and is one of our customers.

 

Dishes prepared-

Grilled Trout with confit fingerlings and pickled pearl onions in brown butter caper/lemon sauce, Grilled Shrimp with Passion Fruit BBQ sauce on Grilled Polenta will Arugula Salad with grilled Peach vinagrette followed by Grilled Scallops on grilled Polenta topped with Orange Gastrique!
