Last year I bought some "water dogs" at Olsens Pro Am fishing store in Lake Worth Texas. I let them develope into adults. These are some pictures.

    I think I'd use some EVOO dust with DD and cook them on a cedar plank.
  • No DD, you have to go Swamp Venom!
