Perfect Summer Dinner (with pics)

Grilled lemon pepper shrimp, with spinach/sundried tomato/chickpea quinoa and Caprese salad.
Grilled some peaches for dessert...sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and grilled cut side down for about 3 minutes or so.
Served up with a little vanilla ice cream......so good!

Yeah, I grabbed one from Bevmo. I liked it, but with all sours I can drink one or two, but not a bbq beer like pliny is.
