Things we cooked this weekend with pics
Another boiling hot weekend in Austin, so we decided to mix some drinks, grill and swim. Here's some of our stuff that all turned out super tasty...
Pizza that we cooked by placing two bricks on the place setter under pizza stone for a better char.
Buffalo Mozzarella, cherry cured bacon and pepperoni- sinfully delish!!
Lamb and fig kabobs that we served with grilled haloumi and mint cous cous salad.
Fajitas too... it was pretty gluttonous and demanded a few trips to the gym.
