I was wanting to do the Whiskey Glazed Chicken from Charcuterie for tomorrows dinner, but I forgot we are going to the Cape tomorrow. So, I roasted it tonight indirect at about 400° dome temp. Threw on some local corn and a red bell pepper too. Stuffed a cut up lemon and a few sprigs of fresh rosemary in the bird, and sprinkled on some Shakin' the Tree rub.
As always.....a great bird on the Egg.

I've been eyeballing that. Very nice, post how it comes out.
Working on a few things from Ruhlman's book. I finished smoking my pastrami last night. It's getting about 2.5 hours of steam right now. I'm going to throw the canadian bacon on the egg tonight and try to put maximum smoke in it (cook to 150F).
