I was wanting to do the Whiskey Glazed Chicken from Charcuterie for tomorrows dinner, but I forgot we are going to the Cape tomorrow. So, I roasted it tonight indirect at about 400° dome temp. Threw on some local corn and a red bell pepper too. Stuffed a cut up lemon and a few sprigs of fresh rosemary in the bird, and sprinkled on some Shakin' the Tree rub.

As always.....a great bird on the Egg.
