We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. New Egghead here. Got a Large Egg for Father's Day. I've enjoyed reading and learning from the forum. I've had successfull cooks so far, ABT's, smoked chicken, "Pig in the Orchard"(pork tenderloin stuffed w/ apples), and burgers. Can't wait for opportunity for first brisket or pork butt.
