Been drooling over thoughts of the Bacon Explosion for weeks and finally have the perfect day for it. Just picked up my first bag of Wicked Good lump at Ace today (wow what nice pieces of lump). Grill stabilizing now, gonna throw on 1 rack of BB ribs early to complement the bacon goodness.
I'm doing 3 lbs of bacon and 3 pounds of Italian sausage, shredded cheddar chz, Bone Suckin Thick sauce and Boston Butt rub on the explosion.
