Dinner for two turned into dinner for four when the grand kids found out I had the egg going. I thought the wife and I would get a couple of meals, at least, out of a whole chicken and 3 inch and a half pork chops. I was wrong...

ahh, kids. They eat like locusts.
I did a quick 30 minute from start to finish fresh sea scallops sauted on cast iron with goat butter, baked white asapargus, onion roll, greens with softboiled egg (not shown).
