My son has a large egg and says there is moisture/condensation inside pretty much all the time.  What could be the problem?

  • Son also says he fried his gasket...could that be the cause of the moisture problem?

+1 with PhilsGrill on the lack of use cause.  Related, some folks swear by leaving the bottom vent slightly open along with the top (once the fire is out) to get air circulation and reduce the potential for moisture while others leave it unchanged after snuffing out the fire.  Never have seen anything pointing to one method better than the other in terms of moisture control.  The end-game is to use it to manage the moisture.
