I have an itchin to smoke something fun; something I haven't done before, and something that can be completed in a day's time. I've looked around on the net, and nothing jumped out at me. So far I've cooked what I feel like is nothing way out of the ordinary...

brisket

chuck roast

ribs

turkey

duck

beer can chicken

pork shoulder/butt

meatloaf

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for the help!
