Hey everyone, I've been lurking on this forum for while. I want to start by saying thank you. I gained so much insight into my decision to buy a BGE on this forum and I got a lot of recipe and cooking info too. So....I got my Lg delivered last weekend and wanted to do something easy. I had never done a spatchcock chicken so this was my first ever attempt. I washed them, dried them and coated them in garlic EVOO and DP Dizzy Dust. I let it sit open in the fridge for a couple of hours. I threw them on the regular grid at 350 dome temp with one chunk of cherry wood. About hour later, voila! It was juicy and just the right amount of smoke. I know if there are no pics it didn't happen....
