Just finished the Knob Creek, and opened the Crown... Damn, I love staring at the Egg while it does its thing!
Tonight is the night I start the big cook! Wedding rehearsal dinner at our place tomorrow afternoon. Tonight I started 3 packer briskets, and tomorrow around 11:00 am or so, I am going to start 15 racks of baby backs! Wish me luck.
Luck... what luck... I don't need no stinkin' luck!
