Looks good. If her egg is hard to keep under 300, has she calibrated the dome thermometer? I do this before every low and slow. My dome thermometer was off by 50 degrees when I got my egg.

The Egg came with the table as well?  Is it the BGE template or a custom build?

Great job! Congratulations and glad to hear that it turned out well. It was one of overnight cook like this where the temp at my BGE dropped and the fire cooled down that I decided to get a stoker to keep me sleeping well at night.
