I just wanted to share this cook I did for lunch. Nothing fancy, but damn tasty.

    I am getting my steaks from Basha's. Their called Swift 1855 Angus. I think they were $11.99/lb. A2Z, do buy your steaks anywhere else?

    @ Eller  I have bought some steaks from Midwestern Meats On Main/Greenfield in Mesa.

    Their meat is a little higher, but top notch. A full service meat shop. They are also sell dry aged beef. tasty but spendy.

    The choice angus ribeyes have been on sale at frys for 9.50 or thereabouts.
