I'm sure this has been discussed but what is your favorite pizza to make on the Egg? I'll start by saying my favorite is pulled pork shoulder smoked in the Egg, homemade organic mango BBQ sauce, organic red onions, fresh pineapple, goat cheese, premium whole milk mozzarella, Parmesan
cheese and an herb mix.

Prosciutto, fig, ricotta dallops, fresh mozz...with a little shaved parmesan and fresh arugula to top it off when it's done cooking.

Have got lazy and always liked thin crust: So now make all pizza with tortillas (both reg and largere size).Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

We love fresh mozz, colby and jack combo, parmesan, oinons and left over BBQ chicken cooked the night before on BGE.

BBQ Chicken Pizza-Publix dough ,Cut up spatchcock from last night , red onion, green pepper, bone suckin sauce, mozzarella,provolone and fresh cilantro after it came off. 500 degrees for about 15 minutes.GeorgePalm Beach Gardens, Fl and Blairsville, Ga.

Two favorites. Mexican pizza with an enchilada sauce base, cheddar & jack cheese, and beer butt chicken. Top it with some sour cream & Cholula.2nd favorite is my Pesto chicken pizza. Another vote for ham and pineapple. But they are all spectacular cooked on an Egg!My next pizza cook is going to include a buffalo chicken and bleu cheese pie. Cannot wait to try it.

Bell pepper, onions, and sweet italian sausage. I can't convince the wife to try different toppings.

a couple i did last week that were new to us and both were good ...one was ground up top sirloin and the other was chorizo

We made one the other week with sauteed red onions, swiss chard stems, and Apple slices. Along with the sautee, we put on fresh basil and Italian sausage. It was amazing.Mark Annville, PA

That sounds awesome...I have Swiss chard overflowing from the garden right now...what a great use for it...thanks for the idea.
